She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis and Virginia Lawler (Carter); her husband Donald Day Dean; her son Jeffrey Dean; her siblings, Wayne Lawler, William "Bill" F. Lawler Jr. and Pearl Ballew; and her son-in-law James Sewell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Sewell, Jo Donna Ray and Lynne Nichols (Don); and her daughter-in-law Karen Dean. She is also survived by 4 children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
