He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Dr. Makala Hubbell of Denver and Cody; his daughter-in-law Robin Bannister of Marlow; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Abigail Bannister of Marlow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
