He is survived by: his children, Allen Mackey of Ardmore, Tammy Payne of Glendale, AZ and Kristina Mackey of Ardmore; and his siblings, Daniel Mackey of Duncan and Julie Ladd. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
