She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Howeth and Billie Howeth; her sister Leslie; and her son Shane. She is survived by: her former husband Billy Black; her husband Albert Culp of Marlow; her children, Lori Cook, Shawn (Tracy), Mark (Carey) and Stevan (Deanna); and her sisters, Cathy Mayo (Dennis) and Anna Laura Plymesser (Chuck). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
