Ruth Stephens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Stephens of Marlow, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Franklin and Lois Califern Whitener (Smith). She is survived by: her children, Harvey Stephens (Ruth) of Weir, Barry Stephens (Charlene) of Denton, Gary Stephens (Jenny) of Marietta, Celena Cole (Gerald) of Marlow, Ronda Sconce of Springfield and Rebecca Holden (Jason) of Carthage, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Holden, Keith Stephens, Kaylene Stephens, Shasta Lemons, Cheyenne Stephens, Jaron Stephens, Bethany Blankenship, Carrissa Stephens, Joseph Love, Haylien Love, Kellen Love, Paige Cole, Mackenzie Sconce, Morgan Sconce, Molly Sconce, Mikayla Sconce, Xander Vazquez, Ayden Vazquez and Rihanna Vazquez. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Marlow First Assembly of God (800 S 6th St, Marlow, OK 73055). A burial was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (10589 Cemetery Rd, Marietta, OK 73448).
