She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Charles Butkiewicz; her children, Jasmin Cochran (William), Sonja Lewis (Vincent) and Thomas Bleistien (Birgit); her brother Heinz Bleistien; and her grandchildren, Nicole Cochran, Madison Cochran, Tom Bleistien, Bradley Thompson and Jordan Wells.
