He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Newby and Von Newby; his brother Bo Newby; his sister-in-law Lillian Newby; and his nephews, Kyle Foraker and Barrett Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Newby; his children, Julie Harris (Kirk) and Josh Newby (Starla); his brothers, Mickey Newby (Linda) and Kevin Newby (Margaret); his siblings-in-law, Bobby, Vickie Foraker, Diane Hall and Phillip Foraker; his nieces and nephews, Andy Newby, Leah Fields, Kera Newby, Kelsey Newby, Keith Foraker and Kevin Foraker; his grandchildren, Halston Harris (Jill), Brock Harris, Blake Harris, Blayd Harris, Clay Newby and Cameron Newby; and his great grandchildren, Hollyn Harris, Halle Harris and Hudson Harris. He is also survived by his friends in the mornings, taking his grandkids.
