He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Harris and Nancy Duce (Elsea); his son Perry Hubert "Sonny" Duce Jr.; and his siblings, Ellna Mae Edwards, Helen Burchfield and Ruth O'Mealey.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann "Pat" Duce (Turner); his children, Lori Duce Stewart (Jeff Stewart) of Miami, Oklahoma and Alan Duce (Jan) of Davison, Michigan; his daughter-in-law Cindy Duce of San Antonio, Texas; his grandchildren, Daniel Duce (Anna), Joseph Duce (Hannah), Laura Duce-Mosshart (Braden Mosshart), Sam Duce (Shelby), Rachel Stewart, Bekah Stewart and Sarah Stewart; his great grandchildren, Ellis Mosshart, Haddon Duce and Vera Grace Duce; and his sister Nova Fleming.
