He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Knox and Imagene Dunsworth Knox; and his brothers, Garvin Knox, Gorman and Norman.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Knox; his sons, Marv Knox (Joanna) of Durham, N. C. and Martin Knox (Valorie) of Weatherford, Texas.; his grandchildren, Lindsay Kahler (Aaron) of Buda, Texas, Molly Leverenz (David) of Durham, N. C., Shelby Price (Dylan) of Independence, Texas, Jamie Roach (Nathan) of Vernon, Texas, Mackenzie Knox of Shawnee, Okla. and Tanner Knox of Waco, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Abram Kahler, Eleanor, Rosie, Margo Leverenz and Gracelyn Roach.
The family requests all attending the service to wear a mask.
