He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Hays and Mirl Hays. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Johnson; his children, Julie (Tony Hensley), DeAnna Cox of Chickasha, Pam Hays (David Jones), Mark (Kimi Hays) and Jessica Teel of Chickasha; his brothers, Jerry Hays of Fresno, CA and Bill Hays of Salmon, ID; and his friend Larry Whitehead. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grand children.
