He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Smith and Millie Smith (Melton); and his siblings, Lindel Smith, Catherine Parsley, Evelyn Smith and Deanna Pate.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Randy (Tara) of Marlow, Rhonda Baird (Steve) of Hooker, Regina McKinley (Ryan) of Marlow, Ryan (Leigh) of Marlow, Rachel Seat (Dave) of Edmond, Rebecca Sullivan (John) of Oklahoma City, Rhetta Davis (Billy) of Duncan and Robyn Thomas (Matt) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Cooper, Brisco Smith, Mattie, Brady, Mollie Baird, Tyler, Haley, Joe, Jenna McKinley, Evy, Hunter, Shelby, Smith Seat, Jack, Drew Sullivan, Aubrie, Kynlee, Jayda, Caleb and Claire Davis; his sister Brenda Smith of Sterling; and his niece Debbie Rhodes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
