He is survived by: his wife Judy Pettijohn; his children, Stephen Hale of Marlow and Sharon Jerrell (Ed) of Casper, WY.; his granddaughter Brittney Payette of Lawton; his nephew Scotty Hale (Jill Rodriguez) of Marlow; his cousins, Delton Snelson (Betty), Leon (Anna) and Janice Hopper; and also Duncan.
