It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Maxwell (Marlow, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John David Maxwell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Maxwell and Ruby Maxwell (Davis); and his wife Carol Vaughn. He is survived by: his sons, Johnny Maxwell (Tammy) of Marlow and Mickey Maxwell (Tonya) of Duncan; his grandchildren, Jessica Baker (Bill) of Marlow and Terry Heath Maxwell (Trysta) of Duncan; and his brother Jack Maxwell of Marlow. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Bray Doyle Athletics.
