He was predeceased by: his parents, John Everett and Lilla Jane Warren (Wortham); and his brothers, Jackie Warren and Everett Lee Warren. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Warren; his sons, Brent Warren (Libby) of Marlow and Mark Warren (Angelia) of Marlow; his grandchildren, Abbey, Fallon, Nick, Nate, Isaac and Isaiah; and his sisters, Mary Jo Randolph of Duncan, Debbie Lucas (Jimmy) of Marlow, Betty Schmidt of Duncan, Faye Sims (Garland) of Moore and Jean Klinkerman (Don) of Burkburnett.
