She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tow and Jewel Tow (Harper); her sister Judy Powers; and her daughter Jennifer Willeford (Ralph Sechrist). She is survived by: her sister Jane Brackett; her daughter Jerri Hoffman of Marlow; her grandchildren, Jordyn, Anthony, Adria, Ashia and Trey; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Dylan, Domonic, Willow, Paicelyn, Cadence, Aleyiah, Gracie and Eli; and her brother Charles Tow Jr. of Indiana. She is also survived by ses her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous friends.
