She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Frances and Genie Cowley (Riley); and her siblings, Emory Cowley, Eldon "Cotton" Cowley, Leonard Cowley, Irene Jackson, Lessie Wortham, Lena Mae Shelton, Maudine Jones and Billie Mixon.
She is survived by: her spouse John D. Wortham; her children, Greg Wortham (Dena) of Marlow, Reagan Wortham of Marlow, Dee Calvert of Oklahoma City and Patricia McCurley-Little (Eddie) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Craig Calvert, Kerri Calvert-Matheny (Gunar), Brooke Wortham-Hall, Jensan Wortham, Barry Rohrbough (Cherokee), Shea Wortham (Lindsey Nash), Brea Wortham-VanKirk (Brian), Trey McCurley, Cole McCurley, Cruise McCurley (Meagan Conway), Shannon Little Rey (Gabe) and Keisha Little Tipton (Ryan); her sister Marie Cannaday of Ft. Worth, TX; and her sister-in-law Myra Mell Allen of Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
