She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyrus Howard and Delia Howard (Sampley); her husband Elmer Pettijohn; her siblings, Rad, Cecil, Berry, Joe, Gilbert, Margaret, Martha and Bertie; her nephew Ernest Dale; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jerry, Jimmy and Jackie Pettijohn; and her stepdaughter Geneva McConnell.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Hale (Larry) of Marlow, Johnny Pettijohn (Naomi) of Marlow and Gary Pettijohn of Marlow. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren.
