He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Barton (Sutton); his wife Betty Jean Tillery; his children, Angela Barton Ross of Texas, Mary Janelle Kartik of Texas, Eddie Ray Barton Jr. of Texas and Derek Ray Barton of Texas; and his sister Rhonda Trantham of Grandbury, Texas.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
