He is survived by: his children, Mindy Nichols (Trevor) of Marlow and Brett Whaley (Christal) of Conroe, TX; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Austin, Charlee, Preston and Paisley; his brother Mickey Whaley (Vickie); and his cousin Sheri Haggerty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
