He is survived by: his wife Leta Savage of Marlow, OK; his children, Marcy Morrison of Marlow, Traci Cox (Tim Cox) of Duncan, OK, Ricky Davis (Bridgett) of Healdton, OK. and Greg Savage of Marlow, OK; and his brother Kenny Hazen of La Monte, MO. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
