He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Howard and Sandra Howard. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his daughters, Sara Howard of Marlow, Jill (Bill Wilkerson III) of Little Axe, Jamie Oswald of Duncan and Nicole (Thomas Schadler) of Enid; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Harris, Mariah Howard, McKenzie Teshaw, Zack Cox, Jay Cox, Ashley Caton, Brittany Caton, Hunter Caton, Brooke Caton, Devin Miller and Sierra Gray; his great grandchildren, Easton Miller, Mae Miller and Leon Miller; his sisters, Debbie Johnson of Lincoln County and Vickie (David Johnson) of American Fork, UT; his father-in-law Willard Martin of Abilene, TX; his stepmother Darlene Howard of Wagner; and his sister-in-law Illyana Jantzen of Duncan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
