He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Lavey and Earline Lavey; his granddaughters, Ashley Ralls and Rilynn Lavey; and his children, Lashelle Lavey and Mikah Lavey.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy (Darrel Deal); his grandchildren, Megan Deal, Ryan, Kortnie Lavey, Justin, Devon Lavey, Kade, Jaycee Lavey, Mikahla and Tyler Lavey; his great grandchildren, Rowdy, Emberlinn Ralls, Ryker Lavey, Brecken Lavey, Gunner Lavey, Gage Lavey, Jentry Lavey, Jaxxson Maroney and Savannah; his brother Earl; his sister-in-law Pat Lavey; his sister Karen Nunley; and his daughter-in-law Gina Lavey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
