She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Wayne and Bernice Edna Duncan (Koch); her husband L. D. Lindsey; her siblings, Wanda Phillips, Maxine Nichols and Ora Duncan; and her brothers-in-law, Morris Nichols and Calvin Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Fay Ballard (Clarence) and Steve; her grandchildren, David Ballard of Rush Springs, Mary Hill (Johnny) of Rush Springs and Daniel Ballard (Abby) of Rush Springs; her great grandchildren, Dava Ballard, Danielle Ballard, Brady Cross, Loren Ballard, Eli Ballard, Zeke Ballard, Ezra Ballard, Ethan Ballard and Eliam Ballard; her great great grandchild Dwight Mayberry; and her sister-in-law Pat Duncan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel (326 W Blakely Ave, Rush Springs, OK 73082). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vimy Ridge Baptist Church (4179 County Street 23707).
