She is survived by: her daughters, Dee Ann Smith and Vicki Middleton; her stepson-in-law Wayne Moore; and her grandchildren, Trey Middleton, Arve, Rosie Middleton (Angela), Mitzi, Ric Wright, Travis, Megan Smith, Teresa Moore, Greg and Tina Moore. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
