He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar and Dottie Bell (Marion); his wife Laura Belle Phillips; his son Stephen Ray Bell; and his brother James Murray Bell.
He is survived by: his son William Douglas "Bill" Bell (Marcia) of Marietta; his brother Joe David Bell (Susan) of Marietta; his daughter-in-law Johni Phillips; his grandchildren, Wendy Bell-Barlow (Danny) of Greenville, OK, Chris Bell (Renae) of Overbrook, OK, Dillon Bell of Ardmore and Bryce Bell of Ardmore; and his great grandchildren, Vegas Bell, Mackenzie Burton (Cutter), Hattie Bell, Maggie Bell, Miles Bell, Emma Bell and Ava Bell.
The family has asked that those who wish to honor Dub's memory through a donation, please remember the Burneyville Cemetery Association.
