He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Otho and Noble Ruth Bond (Shurbet); and his daughter Kim Suzanne Behrens. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Sparks; his son-in-law Ron Behrens of Madill, OK; his brother Ronny Dean Bond (Georgia) of Ardmore, OK; his grandchildren, J. J. Gray (Brandi), Kyla Selvy (Chad) and Veronica Clement (Scott); his cousins, Delmar Shurbet of Thackerville and Wanda Young of Weatherford, TX; and his friends, J. H., Richard and Bernice Quisenberry. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID, graveside services for Leslie Wayne Bond, 81, of Marietta, OK, will be Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 10:00 a. m. at Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Marietta.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Eastside Baptist Church or Alzheimer's Association.
