He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hubert and Rennie Winona Spivey (Watkins); and his brother Danny Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Alice Dewbre; his children, Langdon and Jonette; his son-in-law Ben R. Gadd Jr.; his granddaughter Jennifer Snow (Andrew); his stepgrandchildren, Lori Wilson (Marty) and Ben R. Gadd III; his son Cole Gadd; his brother Bryan Spivey; his siblings-in-law, Bill Dewbre (Linda) and Doris Jean Stutt; and also, Matthew, Mitchell and Lindsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Expressions of sympathy in the form of a donation may be made to the Courtney United Methodist Church or the Bourland- Belleville Cemetery.
