He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Perez; his sons, Carlos Fraire (Radonna) of Marietta, Arthur "Taco" Fraire of Marietta and Arnaldo Fraire (Katy) of Muenster, TX; his grandchildren, Aaron Ray Fraire (Tina Walden) of Marietta, Jayson Cole Fraire (Zoey) of Marietta, Joseph Fraire of Marietta, Arnold Fraire, Jr. (Laura) of Montgomery, TX, Anna Bell Fraire-Ikard (Quinton) of Hot Springs, AR, Priscilla Fraire of Montgomery, Logan Fraire of Marietta and Carter Fraire of Muenster; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Fraire of Marietta, Arnold Fraire III of Montgomery, June Elizabeth Fraire of Montgomery and Andrew Walden of Marietta; his daughter-in-law Anna Marie Fraire of Montgomery; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Perez of Lubbock and Vincent Perez (Julia) of Lubbock.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home (100 E Main St, Marietta, OK 73448). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (10589 Cemetery Rd, Marietta, OK 73448).
