She is survived by: her son Gary Stephens (Jenny) of Sachse, TX; her grandchildren, Haley and Peyton Stephens; her great grandchild Jennifer Matthews (Steve) of Marietta, OK; her siblings, Eddie Sampson (Margaret) of Marietta, Danny Sampson (Marlene) of Thackerville and Linda Whittington (David) of Valley View, TX; and also, Paige, Danyel and Randy Matthews. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
