She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wesley Payne and Rose Marie Payne (Stephens); and her husband Mickeal Williams. She is survived by: her children, Mickeal Williams (Kerrie) of Beaver City, NE and Sherri Duncan (Richard) of Lawton, OK; her grandchildren, Kemi Williams of Beaver City, Kevin Cooper (Corii) of Lawton, Matthew Cummins, Selena Duncan of Lawton, David Stephens of Arkansas and Nic Stephens of Oklahoma; and her sisters, Jackie Baker (Floyd) of Marietta, JoAnn Lehman of Marietta and Tara Cotnam (Clint) of Bowie, TX.. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
