She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmos Hallum and Fannie Mae Hallum (Chambers); her husband Eldon Bartlett; her daughters, Diane McCully and Darlene Seely; her grandsons, Matthew Franklin and James Newman Marshell, Jr.; her great grandchild Caleb Buess; her great great grandchild Lucas Tenery; and her siblings, Truman Hallum and Marie Reed.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Franklin (Dan) of Marietta; her grandchildren, Michelle Cote (Charlie) of Irving, TX, Rebecca DeLeon (Steven) of Bullard, TX, LaCretia Doss (Jacky) of Mason, TX, Bobby Durham of Brady, TX, Rachel Brinkley of Tyler, TX, Tonny Jo Moore of Pauls Valley, OK and Macy Franklin of Marietta; and her son-in-law Houston "Dub" Seely of Quinlan, TX.
