He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Kelly and Jessie Kelly (Byars); and his siblings, Ronald Kelly, Roxie Spoonmore and Claudine Ahrens.
He is survived by: his wife Rosann Mendicki; and his children, Randy Kelly (Christina) of San Antonio, TX, Shawn Kelly (Melissa) of Henderson, NV, Laura Kelly-Rochette (Dave) of Los Alamos, NM and Kathy Kelly-Adams of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
