She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Chapman and Nova Chapman (White); and her siblings, Roberta Evans, Frances Flatt, Eileen Chapman, Darliene Weisbeck and Michael Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Chapman of Ada, OK, Dustin Flatt of Burneyville, OK, Misty Ainsworth (Daniel) of Ardmore and Stacey Flatt of Marietta; her grandchildren, Haley Hambrick of Oklahoma City, OK, Steven Newsome of Texas, Layney Huckeby of North Port, FL, Nyne Chapman of College Station, TX, Hannah Reed (Sethan) of Ada, OK, Jaxson Knock, Lennox Knock of Iowa, KS and Aiden Farris of Liberty, KS; her great grandchildren, Addison Davis, Rylie Huckeby and Henley Newsome; and her siblings, James Chapman of Byhalia, MS, Diane Gilbert of Marietta and Karen Borchardt (John) of Ardmore.
