He is survived by: his wife Edna Butler; his sons, Lanny Peery (Monica) of Ardmore, OK and Jeff Peery (Tammy) of Enville, OK; his grandsons, Jacob Peery (Jessica), Colton Peery and Roland Peery; his great grandchild Mason Ray Peery; and his siblings, Jerry Peery (Hollene) of Canadian, TX, Herschel "Bub" Peery (Brenda) of Marietta, Kay McGill (Denzil) of Marietta, Patty Hendrix (Al) of Marietta and Marilyn Rice of Lone Grove, OK..
