She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Stout and Dovie Deshan Stout; her husband Virgil Sr.; her children, Linda Tillis and Dovie Elmore; her son-in-law Kevin; her stepdaughter Debra Stinson; her son-in-law Dewayne; her stepson Virgil Barber Jr.; her daughter-in-law Isabel; and her grandchildren, Eric, Brad, Jamie, Robert, Kimberly, Billy, Allie, Verna, Curtis, Amber, Renee, Jennifer, Duston, Anna and Travis. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
