He was predeceased by: his parents, Jurl Kirk and Vallie Kirk; his parents-in-law, Wheat and Lillie Burkhart; his brothers, Winston and Homer Kirk; his brothers-in-law, Riley Burkhart, Ira Burkhart and Harvey Burkhart; his grandson Riley Trey Kirk; and his nephew Greg Kirk.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Kirk Brundige; his grandchild Chris Kirk; his wife Joyce; his siblings-in-law, LaDaira, Annie Kirk and Jo Burkhart; his great grandchildren, Shelby, Landry Spoor, Audrey Owen, Gavin, Everly Kirk, Luke and Joy Riley; and also, Leia, Jason Spoor, Charles, April Owen, Kyle, Laci Kirk, Colt, Kaci Riley and Shiann Kirk. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
