He is survived by: his wife Vernetta Dozier; his sons, Henry Cecil "Hal" Horn, IV (Tambra) of Plano, TX and David Micah Horn of Marietta; and his stepdaughters, Amanda, Amasa Burlison of Plano and Autumn Rohde (Brian) of North Lake, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
