She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Underwood and Lula Mae "Sis" Underwood (Evans); her husband Wesley Dearl Lemons; and her siblings, Aaron Underwood, Johnny Underwood, Billy Underwood, Wynell Stewart and Emma Lou Elkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Tracy Lemons of Marietta and Jason Lemons of Marietta; her sister Bell Paul of Ardmore; and her grandchildren, Gunnar Lemons of Marietta and Jaylee Jentry Lemons of Marietta.
