He is survived by: his wife Mary Mechler (Barnes) of Marietta; his sons, Terry Mechler (Donna) of New Braunfels, Ronnie Mechler (Michele) of Hondo and David Mechler (Laquita) of Mico, Texas; his stepson Shelby Andrews (Tina, Jr.); his siblings, Albert Mechler of Yoakum, Texas, Mary Jane Smith and Ann Gooch of Arlington, Texas; his grandchildren, Lauren (Elijah Bolin), Grayson Mechler, Camille Barmore, Garrett Mechler (Rebecca), Melissa Hail (Tyler), Eric Mechler (Kristy), Deshanna Rider (Jason), Brian Hill, Mckenna Andrews and Dylan Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Hail, Cannon Hail, Weston Hail, Alanna Rider, Payton Lynn Rider, Kylee Rider, Tristyn Rider Alayah Benavidez, Bo Hill and Bear Hill.
