She was predeceased by: her parents, T. J. Welch and Hattie Mae Welch (Ivins); her sister-in-law Angela Welch; and her parents-in-law, Wanda and Floyd Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Cohoon; her siblings, Dennis Welch of Marietta, Jerry Welch (Lynn) of Howe, TX, Kenneth Welch (Rebecca) of Dickson, OK and Pam Blackburn (David) of Wilson, OK; her nieces and nephews, Brandon Martin (Melanie), Chris Blackburn, Cody Welch, Seth Seibold, Dalton Elmer, Amy Wade (Brandon), Kara Burden (J. D.), Jorie Seibold and Jenna Elmer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dustin Martin, Mariah Martin, Brice Wade, Kye Wade, Knox Wade, Lexis Hicks, Christopher Hicks and Bentley Hicks. She is also survived by numerous friends and other family members.
