He is survived by: his wife Twila McAnally; his children, Anthony Allen (Alexa) and Sarah Allen (Nathan); his siblings, Clay Simpson, Vester Hank Allen (Mary), Betty Black, Kathleen Hosler (Bill), Berdie Williams (Jim) and Diana; and his grandchildren, Jaxtyn, Emett, Etta and Taos.
