She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Welch and Ethel Welch (Glover); her husband Hobart Fannin; her grandson Joshua Lofgren; and her siblings, Crawford Welch, Joseph Welch, Gladys Lochbaum and Margie Tindall.
She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Ron Fannin (Jamie) of Moore, OK, Dr. Alton Fannin (Judy) of Ardmore and Mark Fannin of Amarillo, TX; and her grandchildren, Melanie Nippert (Bill) of Hickory Creek, TX, C. Todd Fannin (Aimee) of Pryor, OK, Gregory Fannin (Stephanie) of Tishomingo, OK, Lea Ann Quirk (David) of Norman, OK, Joy Fannin (Justin Paul) of Ardmore, David Fannin (Jessica) of Ardmore, Morgan Fannin of Norfolk, VA and Natalie Fannin of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
