He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. McGuyer and Nora McGuyer (Young); and his grandson Chris McGuyer. He is survived by: his wife Nelda; his sons, Kevin McGuyer (Jacqueline) of Caddo Mills, TX and Wesley McGuyer (Christy) of Waxahachie, TX; his stepsons, Mark Wesley of Connerville, OK and Mike Wesley (Janae) of Quinlan, TX; his grandchildren, Emrick McGuyer, Garrette McGuyer, Lauren Toliver, Jennifer Hurley, Robert Mark Wesley, Jr., Michal Wesley, Jr. and Chase Madden; his siblings, Vernon McGuyer of Corsicana, TX and Paula Burkham (Doug) of Dallas; and his stepbrother John Norman of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
