She was predeceased by: her father Robert Roper; her husbands, Charlie Alfred Howard and Carl Dean Hill; her sons, Charlie Howard, Jr., Samuel Howard and Ronald Howard; her grandchildren, Michael Howard, Rusty Howard, Amber Howard and Candice Howard; and her children-in-law, Rhonda Howard, Robin Howard, Kathy Howard and Greg Herndon.
She is survived by: her mother Nora Roper (Jacobs); and her children, Linda Howard of Marietta, Norma Herndon of Woodbine, TX, Daniel Howard of Marietta, Michael Howard of Marietta, Donald Howard of Chickasha, Jackie Howard of Marietta and Steve Mathews (Jennifer) of Marietta. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
