He is survived by: his parents, Regina Choate (Allen) of Marble City, OK and Leslie Choate; his sons, Anderson Kale Choate of Tahlequah, OK and Mason Lee Choate of Tahlequah, OK; his sisters, Angel Choate of Sallisaw, OK and Jaela Cottrell of Sallisaw, OK; his grandmother Alice Allen of Gore, OK; his nieces and nephews, Courage, Savannah, Scarlett, Remington, Prestley and Peyton; and his aunts and uncles, Kelly, Watie, Sheila and Lavonne. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
