He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kenedy; his children, Dean Lowery (Melanie), Belinda Wood (John) and Melinda Riley (Eddie); his grandchildren, Devin Lowery, Kelsi Wood, Jacob Wood, Katie Riley and Zach Riley; his great grandchildren, Dallas Lowery, Haylen Lowery, Nora Lowery, Averie Lowery, Layne Dorer and Nova Riley; and his siblings, Jody Lowery and Shirley Johnson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home - Madill (200 S 1st St, Madill, OK 73446). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (211 S Grand Rd, Mannsville, OK 73447).
