He is survived by: his wife Shirley Green; his children, Kevin Lee (Mary Ann Green), Milburn, Oklahoma Bryan Keith (Audrey Green), Oklahoma Jessica Amber Casas and Dickson; his grandchildren, Karson Green, Kaden Green, Kahner Green, Jadey Gastineau, Kadey Gastineau, Colten Green, Ashley Harris, Colby Casas, Caleb Casas, Carter Casas, Carlie Casas and Caylee Casas; his friend Ryan Bralley; and his son Michael Allen Green.
