He is survived by: his former wife Lucy Elizabeth Bates; his wife Elizabeth Edwards; his daughter Anita Collins; his grandchildren, Misty Matlack, Amanda Rowe and Caitlin Vanet (Jay); his great grandchildren, Nash, Cassidy and Cash Matlack; and his sister Reba Woody (James).
