She is survived by: her sons, David Smothers (Vickie) of Cartwright and Michael Dean Smothers; her sister Anita Ballenger (Don); her grandsons, Trey Smothers (Bethany) of Ardmore, OK, Michael Smothers (Tasha) of Tulsa, Levi Smothers (Chelsey) of Ardmore, Josh Smothers of Texas and James David Lee of Seattle; and her great grandchildren, Cadilyn Smothers, Cameron Smothers, Cooper Smothers, Chandler Smothers, Eli Rodman, Trevor Rodman, Michael Smothers and Aiden Smothers. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
