He is survived by: his wife Tara; his mother Marsha Myrter of Sapulpa, OK; his children, Destinee (Jake Fain), Jake, Kayleigh, Makenzie and Serenity; his sister Billi Jo Perkins of Okmulgee, OK; his niece Avery; his nephew Bradley; his father Robert "Dave" Myrter; and his sister Brooke (Matthew Schone).
